Contents: 30g prime loose herbs serving 30 cups of tea.
Directions:Take 1-3 cups daily to support you naturally during menopause. For full benefit take 3-5 cups daily until new hormonal regime is well established. Take as an evening drink ½ to 1 hour before bedtime for a restful sleep.
