Every day Mr Farmer tends his vegetables while Mrs Farmer milks Belinda, the cow. There is always plenty of warm milk for the dog, the cat, the pig in his pen, for cream and for butter for Mr Farmer's bread. When Mrs Farmer has to go away Belinda is reluctant to be milked by Mr Farmer. Mr Farmer resolves the problem in an original and amusing way.
