Evening Primrose Oil is a rich source of The Omega 6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is utilised in the body to manufacture specific prostaglandins; substances that are important for regulating many body functions, including healthy skin, joints and hormonal balance. EPO can be used both internally and externally for dry skin.
