The Pohutukawa is native to New Zealand also know as the New Zealand Christmas Tree because of its stunning bright red flowers that are in flower during December and flourishes in coastal areas throughout the North Island.

This honey is pale almost white in colour, creamed to stop granulation and is sweet with floral overtones - a very popular New Zealand honey.
